The service
This is a tool for organizing padel tournaments. It is free to use; clubs can subscribe to a paid plan (see “The Club plan”). By using it you accept these terms.
Your content
You are responsible for what you enter, such as tournament and player names. Only enter names you have the right to share, don’t enter sensitive information, and don’t use offensive names. You allow us to store your live tournaments and show them to people who have the link, only so that the service works.
Clubs
Club owners are responsible for what they put on the club’s page: its texts, logos and sponsor logos and links. Only upload logos and images you have the right to use, and only add sponsors who agreed to it. We may remove content that is unlawful or breaks these terms, and delete clubs that misuse the service. Owners decide who may run the club’s tournaments; a club always has at least one owner.
Club events
Clubs run their events themselves: they decide who plays, change or cancel dates, and set prices and how to pay (at the club, by Swish to the club, or online, see “Entry fees”). Signing up holds a spot with the club, not with us. Please cancel when you can’t come, so someone on the waiting list can play. Organizers may only use players’ contact details for the club’s events, and only add players who agree to it.
The Club plan
Clubs can use the free plan or subscribe to the Club plan, which adds events with sign-up and reminders, season tables, branding and sponsor logos (the Billing tab of the club’s admin page shows what is included). It costs 399 kr a month or 3,990 kr a year, excluding VAT, which is added for the club’s address. The plan is for clubs and businesses.
Every club can try the Club plan free for 30 days, without a card: an owner starts the trial in the club’s Billing tab, and afterwards the club goes back to the free plan unless it subscribes. Clubs created before 4 November 2026 got their trial when they were created, and clubs that existed when the plan was introduced got their 30 days from then. A club gets one trial. If it subscribes during the trial, the first payment is when the trial ends. After that the subscription is paid in advance for each month or year and renews automatically until it is cancelled. Discount codes can be entered at checkout. Owners change or cancel the plan under “Manage billing”; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the paid period, which is not refunded.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again and the club keeps the plan’s features for 14 days; after that they are paused until the payment goes through, and the subscription ends if it stays unpaid. Without the plan, events, season tables, branding and sponsors are hidden, not deleted. We will tell owners about price changes by email at least 30 days before they apply, so they can cancel first. Deleting a club cancels its subscription straight away.
Entry fees
When a club takes entry fees online, you pay the club through Stripe: the club is the seller and is responsible for the event, its price and VAT. We only provide the sign-up and payment pages and take a fee from the club.
Your spot is held for 15 minutes while you pay. If you move up from the waiting list, you get an email with a pay link and 12 hours to pay (at most until 2 hours before the start). A spot that isn’t paid in time goes to the next person.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, you get a full refund automatically. Later cancellations aren’t refunded automatically; ask the club, which can refund you. If the club cancels the date, everyone who paid is refunded in full. If an organizer removes you, they decide whether you are refunded. Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5–10 days.
When a club takes payment by Swish or at the club, the payment is entirely between you and the club.
Platform terms for clubs
To take entry fees online, the club sets up a Stripe account and accepts Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement during the setup. Stripe processes the payments on the club’s account, charges its own processing fees to the club and pays out to the club’s bank account. We never hold the club’s money.
For each paid sign-up we take a platform fee of 5 kr, which Stripe deducts from the payment. For Swedish clubs it includes 25% VAT (4.00 kr + 1.00 kr); for clubs elsewhere in the EU that enter a VAT number it is 5 kr without VAT (reverse charge); for clubs outside the EU it is 5 kr without Swedish VAT. When a payment is refunded under the rules in “Entry fees”, our fee is refunded too. On the 1st of each month we issue a statement of the previous month’s fees, which owners get by email and find in the club’s Payments tab.
The club is responsible for its events, their prices, VAT and accounting on the entry fees, refunds beyond these rules, and disputes from players, which it handles in its Stripe dashboard. We may change the fee by telling owners by email at least 30 days in advance.
Fair use
Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, don’t try to disrupt or overload it, and don’t open other people’s tournaments without their link. We may remove live tournaments that break these terms.
Availability
The service is provided as is, without warranty. We do our best to keep it running, but we may change, pause or discontinue it. Live tournaments are deleted 6 months after their last update. Tournaments on your device are only as safe as your device: keep your own record of results that matter.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data. This doesn’t limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version, and we describe important changes on this page. Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
